OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

Quickly and easily return your item(s)!

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the prepaid return label option in our Returns Portal below!

 

Can I exchange items?

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

What items are final sale?

All items ending in $.00, .96, .97, and .98, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are considered final sale, non-returnable.

 

Should I know anything else about the Online Return Policy?

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  2. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  3. All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

 

What is the Store Returns Policy?

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store:

  • Dresses
  • Bodysuits
  • Accessories
  • Shoes
  • Swim & Lingerie
  • Beauty
  • Kids
  • Sale Items

If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service  in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

 

HOW REFUNDS WORK

Stockxcanada.com issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is canceled by Stockxcanada.com
  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
  • Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Stockxcanada.com will take 2-5 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

 

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY RETURN

To ensure fast and accurate processing please use the Returns Portal before sending back your return. Orders sent without following this process will be delayed and may cause crediting issues.

 

Received less credit than you expected?

Upon receipt of your return our returns processing team inspects all garments for stains, holes, defects, and wear. If an item is identified as damaged, a 50% restocking fee will be reduced from your return amount.

 

Did you order using a BOGO (Buy One Get One) sale?

Here is how we calculate your credit. The easiest way to do this is to give you an example...

Let's say you bought 2 items.

One was a $15 item and the other was a $10 item. The $10 item in this case would be the item you got for free. But how we calculate it, is you got the $15 item for $9 and the $10 for $6 as the $10 discount is prorated across the 2 items.

If you return the $15 item you will get $9 in credit.

If you return the $10 item you will get $6 in credit.

 

In every case, we prorate the discount across all applicable items in your specific order. Don't worry, we'll do the math for you.
